Amazing year on the Bighorn. Even though we were down a couple months with runoff we made up for it from August until now. Casting hoppers found big fish in a foot of water at the head of runs. The trico hatches went off this year and the trout were slurpping up spinners. We are in the middle of BWO season and having great days casting dries to risers. The browns are getting more aggressive and are chasing streamers, especially on overcast days. Get here before the temp. plummets. |
